●How to know if this router can work in my country?

Pls check the LTE frequency bands of your sim card and local area on the internet or via communication operators. For example, 5G frequency bands in Israel is N28 and N78. The 5G frequency bands of the router is N1/N3/N28/N41/N78. The router can work in Israel with 5G SIM card.

●Does not support special sim cards like eSIM, IOT SIM and Roaming SIM.

●If your SIM card has PIN code/lock, you need to disable PIN code/lock on your phone or via communication operator. It can help the router get access to recognize your SIM card and connect network. Otherwise, the router shows no SIM and its WiFi can be connected but no network.

●Please note that 150Mbps/300Mbps/866Mbps/... is theoretical transmission rate. Pls do not buy our routers if you pursue theoretical transmission rate.

Easy Setup(Contact Benton service for help ):

Step1: Insert a sim card to the router then long press power button to turn on the router. It will takes a few mins for the router to recognize the sim card and catch best signal channel. After that, 4g or 5g indicator light will be on.

Notes: Insert 5g sim card, 5g indicator light will be on when the router detect strong 5g signal in current environment; Insert 4g card, 4g indicator light will be on and the router provide 4g wifi hotspot only.

Step2: Connect the wifi of the router and open WEB UI "192.168.1.1". Password and user name is "admin". Wifi name and pass word are on the back of the router.

Step3: In WEB UI, choose network mode "5G only" or "4G only" as you like. Go to APN profile and enter APN profile of the sim card. No need to enter APN profile when the wifi of the router has network.
