????A: 1. Make sure your laptop's USB C port supports DisplayPort/video output.
2. Check your HDMI cable and monitor. (Connect the monitor to the laptop directly, see if it works)
3. Provide sufficient power supply from the USB C hub.

What I was most concerned about was the Ethernet port, as my experience with another brand had not been good. The Ethernet port on this hub meets the Gigabit standard. The USB ports also seem to work as advertised. The only ports I was unable to verify were the two HDMI and the older VGA standard (Macs had never used this type of port). The finish of the hub is very good. Only the USB-C connection (not the ports) is a bit… tight. I give it 9 out of 10.

the power of up to 100W is fake. it shows a weak charging state. otherwise, it works as described.

Unfortunately, only one input that works 4K at 60Hz, even got in a single input on HDMI 2.1 the speed of 120Hz at 4K. However, if you connect another HDMI or display port, then it will only run at 1080p and 60Hz on the other two, since the primary will lock at 4K at 60Hz. So, the ad does not match reality, where it informs that all entries would be 4K in 60Hz, even connecting everything. But, the hub is good and the material is excellent. I will still do other tests and later I will put more assessments here.
